Thanks to just one session at this center, I have experienced a number of benefits and resolved some issues I've had for a long time. For example, I've had cold hands my whole life and this is no longer the case. Also, Isleep better at night, wake up better rested, my head movement range has increased and I don't get migraines anymore (usually 2-3 times per month).

I've been to many Chiropractic places (like 4-5) in Korea but Ideal Wellness is the one I settled for. Dr. Choi is a great chiropractor plus he has an amazing personality! The center has an enough parking space at the back and if you have extra time and penny Sally is a great masseuse.

4-5 sessions with Dr. Choi and associates and a couple of stretching sessions had relieved me of most of the pain in my back, I am very grateful and recommend that anyone with or without pain anywhere go prevent or relieve it.

I came from Asan because someone said this doctor was good for people with scoliosis. I also had some pain in a knee due to a fall. Well I explained about my scoliosis and the knee. The doctor examined my back for two seconds. Then said go get a shot at another location. No recommendations for a plan to work with my scoliosis, just go. He also tried to blame my knee pain on my weight when I plainly said the pain started from an injury. The "exam" lasted all of 3 minutes from start to finish. No care at all. What a waste of time.

I have to say I was very satisfied with the quality of service provided, from the moment I walked in to the last session the staff were friendly and helpful they spoke English it was easy to communicate, the doctor was amazing, I’ve only had to sessions and the pain I’ve had for years is gone I couldn’t believe it, I’m looking forward to more treatments. I suffer since years of neck pain - due to straight neck- which became stronger and extended to shoulder and pectoral. I tried different options and therapists, but never really solved the problem. Dr. Choi and Dr. Lee identified all the sources of the issue and started an intense chiro + therapeutic massage treatment still on going. I feel my body reacting to the treatment and since the start I’ve never experienced the pain I was before, even during long holiday break. I strongly recommend Dr. Choi and Dr. Lee!

I’m 8 months pregnant and have tried everything else to relieve my lower right back/upper butt pain that prevented me from putting on shoes without sitting down or leaning against a wall, walking for a long time, and putting on pants comfortably since my first trimester. I felt instantly better after my first visit and had no restrictions in movement after second visit. It was miraculous. With my huge belly, I can now stay standing up and walk for a long time and feel great. I cannot recommend Dr. Choi more if you have similar problems.
