I have double door refrigerator, it’s stopped cooling.
I launched complain multiple times, I have approved expenses. But every time it’s cancelled from your side and whenever I enquire they simply say that it’s cancelled from your side as you have not approved for expenses.
I want to launch complaint against your call centre/ service centre for their poor performance. Every time they come home take 500 Rs, last time they said to take refrigerator to service Center but never showed again and cancelled my complaint
