6 This is the best overall gym in the Gangnam area: especially, if you are a tourist.
The daily entry fee is very reasonable at 10,000 won.
It is owner operated. The family who runs it makes you feel at home and even walked my father to the right train after his workout.
In all my experiences travelling, I can easily say that you won't find a more hospitable and friendly gym operator.
The facilities are very good - free weights, good shower pressure, free towels and lockers.
Located on B3 of the building. Spacious and has all the equipment you'd need. Great atmosphere. Much better than the other gym down the street that's double the price for a daily visitor for same damn thing.
