샤워 온도 조절, 수량 조절 어렵다.

욕실 보는 한 낡음을 느꼈다.
남자 혼자 숙박은 문제 없음.
편의점 있다. 음료, 과자는 충실하다.

공항에서 무료 셔틀 버스가있어 편리합니다. 5분 정도에 도착했다고 생각합니다.
파라다이스 시티 앞이기 때문에 카지노에 가기에도 액세스가 좋습니다.
실내는 나름대로 노후화하고 있으며, 에어컨이 비행기 수준으로 시끄 럽습니다. 붙인 채 자지 못하고 눈이 내리고 있는 추운 날이었지만 지워 자는 수밖에 없었습니다.
벌레 문제는 없었습니다.

Typical Best Western hotel next to the airport. We stayed there for one night. Free shuttle buses every 30 minutes. Staff was very nice and helpful, especially Daniel from the reception. Breakfast was good, lots of things to choose from.

I was having a taste of Best Western Hospitality for the first time and I am impressed particularly at the courteous and friendly staff, readily available to help with taxi bookings, currency exchange, interpretation and whatever you needed to make your stay comfortable. Their breakfast buffet was super nice with a lot to choose from. The rooms were really neat and constantly cleaned up with freshly restocked supplies. I liked the location because just across the road was a lot of places to shop and have a taste of Korean dishes.

Website says restaurant open until 23: 00. Wrong. Closes at 10: 30, as I found out when I arrived after a long day at 10: 32. No food available other than what you can get from the small shop. Poor for an airport hotel.

Convenient hotel for a quick night stay but the furniture has to be updated.

Moulding/dirt seems to appear on washroom in which seems rather disguishing and unplesant.

Good: new tv, international power sockets, hot powerful shower. Bad: stained and dirty looking carpet and chairs, furniture doesnt really fit in room, old and yellowed phone and light controls, bathroom sealents and grouting in poor condition. Only water in minibar. In short dont be fooled by swanky lobby rooms are old and tired.

Unterer Standard, d.h. Das Zimmer ist entsprechend schon abgenutzt worden.

Wonderful views out of the windows and food not too bad either.

Stayed here due to a next morning flight out. Was told the tram shows up every half hour until about 11 (then it is hourly). Tram never showed up! We were standing outside where it was supposed to be the whole time. The staff didn't seem to understand what was going on with the tram. To be fair, one of them then drove us to the airport but I feel like the ride to the airport is a big part of staying at this hotel.
The breakfast buffet is pretty good and has a large variety of items. The room has a broken electronic panel and a wonky lamp. It oddly drains the bathtub water out onto the bathroom floor (there is a drain under the sink). Not sure I'd stay there again as it was one of the pricier hotels.

Clean and comfortable room ，near airport ，good breakfast ，nice service ，good Korean restaurant near by.

Good hotel, nice view from restaurant, but the price not cheap. Have pool and gym for exercise. Room clean and hotel service was good. Close to Gangnam train subway.

The airport shuttle was the main reason I chose this hotel, and that was fine. The room was definitely a room and ok, but a few things didn't work (lights, etc.) To be honest, one expects a little more for this price.

Hotel is convenient for a quick overnight when landing or taking off from Incheon airport. Rooms are showing there age. Shuttle runs every 30inutes during peak hours in the morning and evening, every hour during off peak. The hotel restaurant is limited and over priced.

Really poor quality of staff and room for a quite expensive hotel. OK is 5 minutes from airport with free shuttle bus, this doesn't means that you have to sleep and shower in a dirty place that need a deep renovation.

The mixed reviews are very indicative of this hotel. The first room up on the 10th floor had no individual AC and I suffered that night. Complained to the front desk the next morning and they moved me to the 6th floor. What a difference. The carpet and shower were also cleaner. Make sure you ask for a room with AC! The breakfast buffet at best was average. They will make eggs for you if you ask. Other than that, it's nothing to write home about.

공항에서 가깝고 주차 후 이동하기도 편리하고 (공항 자기부상 열차를 공짜로 이용 가능) 해서 좋은데 성수기 때는 장기 주차를 못하게 하나봐요 여기저기서 후기를 그렇게 쓰셨던데. 다행히 전 그런 경험 없이 주차 해서 다행

Staying 1 night very kind front desk staff and free shuttle to terminal 1 it takes only 3 minutes. After i checked out i saw two ladies staff members brush their teeth in ladies toilet in the lobby, it was not a good appearance for the staff to brush their teeth in the lobby toilets used by customers at the hotel.
